Scanshare MFP Embedded App Error: 'Client Not Allowed'

Problem: 'Client Not Allowed' error message appears when the embedded app connects to the Scanshare Server:





Possible causes: The Scanshare Server license does not include a license for the specific MFP brand in use


Solution: Confirm that the Scanshare Server license is still valid and includes an available license for the MFP brand. If not, contact Support and provide your Scanshare Server license key.
