Product: PaperCut Hive, Konica Minolta devices
Problem: During a PaperCut Hive outage, there is a chance that users cannot print or scan.
Possible causes: PaperCut Hive may be experiencing an outage which will be announced on the PaperCut Status Page. Please follow the status of any incident currently being experienced.
Solution: As a temporary workaround, User Authentication can be disabled and users can print and scan via USB memory stick. Once Hive is online again, redeploy the Hive App to the MFP.
