Product: PaperCut
Problem: Print jobs not printing on Printer when printing through PaperCut. PaperCut Printer Client is in use, print job is sent, user authenticates on the MFP, but no jobs appear in the Print Release.
Error' Print Provider "pd-client|192.168.8.25": Print job "Test Page" printed by "reception" that was temporarily hidden from the Print Release screen is now online and available for release.' appears on the PaperCut Application Log.
Possible causes: PaperCut Print Client has lost connection to PaperCut.
Solution:
1) Open up the PaperCut Printer Client and sign in with the user credentials.
2) If the Client is already running, right click on the app in the Task Bar and select 'View my printers'. Login with the user credentials.
3) This will re-establish the connection to the PaperCut Server. Try printing again.
