Product: PaperCut MF, Hive, Konica Minolta Devices

Problem: 'ERROR: Your device is at OpenAPI version 0.0, Upgrade to 5.0 or above.' appears when installing PaperCut onto a Konica Minolta Device:

ERROR: Your device is at OpenAPI version 0.0, Upgrade to 5.0 or above. See installation guide for details. (appName: auth browser application) {"src":"main.go:128"}

Possible causes:

1) Firmware outdated

2) Web Browser Function not enabled

Solution:

1) Update the firmware to the latest version to ensure the highest version OpenAPI is installed. Refer to Technical Issues for the latest content.

2) Enable the Web Browser function under Network Settings and try installing the PaperCut app again.
