'Integrated scanning is not available' appears when trying to scan through PaperCut, but only for one user, other users have no problems with scanning

Product: PaperCut MF, Konica Minolta


Problem: 'Integrated scanning is not available. See your administrator for further details' message appears on the MFP panel when the user selects the PaperCut Scan feature. This error appears only for one or selected users and others are able to scan without issue, no error message seen.


Possible causes: The user affected does not have their email address registered under their user account on the PaperCut Portal.


Solution: Add the user's email address to their account details under the User's section on the PaperCut Portal.
