Problem: BMS Email notifications are not arriving at external recipients, but are going through to the internal users such as Accounts/Innovative Solutions Support.
Possible causes: The Testing Mail field is populated, preventing mails from being sent to external user. The setting's description is as follows: 'Set an email to capture all outbound mail. To be used for testing to prevent bogus outbound mail. Leave blank for normal email delivery.'
Solution: Clear the email address in the 'testing_mail' setting found under Admin > Email Settings.
